As a designer who thrives on utilizing a diverse set of talents I was excited to see your Senior Visual Designer opening. I think I would be a valuable asset to your team given my ability to create innovative and valued digital experiences and readiness to interact with members throughout the prototyping, designing, development and deployment stages.

A few of the core strengths I can bring to this role:

• creative problem solving with awareness of technological limitations

My most recent gig has been “stay-at-home father” – which has consequently honed my multitasking and project management abilities (no, really!). I’ve kept my other skills sharp by building my own portfolio site, as well as working on various independent projects which can all be found at SIMEdesign.net.

I’ve always considered American Express to be at the forefront of innovation within its industry; especially in regards to technology, marketing, consumer engagement and overall user experience.
